Registration, login issues, and profile management

Download the Dadzilla app from the App Store or Google Play. Tap Create Account, enter your name, email, and a password. You'll receive a verification email β€” click the link to activate your account.

You can also sign up on this website using the Join Beta form. Your beta signup and app account are linked by email.

Try these steps in order:

  1. Tap Forgot Password on the login screen and check your email for a reset link.
  2. Make sure you're using the same email address you signed up with.
  3. Check your spam folder if you don't receive the reset email within 5 minutes.
  4. If you signed up via Google or Apple, tap the corresponding button on the login screen β€” you may not have a separate password.
  5. Still stuck? Email support@dadzillafit.co with your account email.
  1. Open the Dadzilla app and tap Log In.
  2. Tap Forgot Password? beneath the password field.
  3. Enter your account email and tap Send Reset Link.
  4. Check your inbox (and spam) for an email from noreply@dadzillafit.co.
  5. Tap the link in the email, set a new password, and log in.

Reset links expire after 24 hours. If yours expired, request a new one.

  1. Open the app and tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.
  2. Tap Edit Profile to update your name, photo, age, or goals.
  3. Tap Notifications to control challenge reminders, workout alerts, and community updates.
  4. Changes are saved automatically.

Installation, troubleshooting, and compatibility for iOS and Android

Android: Available now on Google Play. Search "Dadzilla" or scan the QR code in the app.

iOS (iPhone/iPad): Coming Q3 2026 to the App Store. Join the beta waitlist for early access when it launches.

  1. Make sure you're running Android 9.0 (Pie) or later.
  2. Go to Settings β†’ Apps β†’ Dadzilla β†’ Storage β†’ Clear Cache, then relaunch.
  3. Uninstall the app, restart your device, and reinstall from Google Play.
  4. Check you have at least 150 MB of free storage.
  5. If the issue persists, email us at support@dadzillafit.co with your device model and Android version.
  1. Make sure your device has an active internet connection.
  2. Pull down to refresh on the Progress screen.
  3. Log out and log back in β€” this triggers a full sync.
  4. Check that your app is up to date in the App Store / Google Play.

Workout data is saved locally first, so even without internet, your session is preserved and will sync automatically when you reconnect.

Programs & Training
Help with workouts, programs, and tracking your progress

If you're returning to fitness after a break, start with Dad Strength 1.0 β€” it has built-in beginner scaling and 3-day-a-week structure that builds the habit without burning you out.

If you're training without equipment, choose Garage Gauntlet.

If mobility and recovery are your primary concern, start with Iron Dad Flex (15 minutes daily, no equipment).

Yes β€” Iron Dad Flex is specifically designed to stack with any strength or conditioning program. Running two full strength programs simultaneously is not recommended; your recovery won't keep up.

  1. Open the app and tap Today on the home screen.
  2. Tap Start Workout next to your scheduled session.
  3. For each exercise, tap + Set and enter your reps and weight (or bodyweight for BW movements).
  4. When you're done, tap Finish Workout to save your session.

You can also log workouts retroactively by tapping the calendar icon and selecting a past date.

  1. Tap the Challenges tab at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Tap the active challenge (e.g., "July Push-Up Challenge").
  3. Tap Log Reps and enter how many you completed today.
  4. Tap Leaderboard to see where you rank among other participants.

Challenge reps are cumulative β€” your daily entries are added to your total. The leaderboard updates every hour.

Privacy & Data Requests
Account deletion, data export, and privacy rights

Your data rights: You have the right to request deletion of your account and personal data at any time. Requests are processed within 30 days per applicable privacy law (CCPA, GDPR). This section is provided per Apple App Store and Google Play Store requirements.
  1. Open the Dadzilla app and log in.
  2. Tap your profile icon (top-right corner).
  3. Tap Settings β†’ Account β†’ Delete Account.
  4. Read the confirmation screen β€” deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
  5. Tap Confirm Delete Account.

Your account, workout history, and personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email.

Note: Founding member status cannot be restored after account deletion.

Dadzilla collects and stores:

  • Account data: Name, email address, age range, profile photo (optional)
  • Fitness data: Workout logs, sets/reps, challenge progress, streak data
  • App usage data: Features used, session duration, crash reports
  • Device data: Device model, OS version, app version (for support purposes)

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. See our full Privacy Policy for details.

Use the data request form below or email privacy@dadzillafit.co with subject line "Data Export Request" and your account email. We will deliver your data in a portable format (JSON or CSV) within 30 days.

1. Who We Are Dadzilla is operated by Zilla LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). For privacy questions, contact privacy@dadzillafit.co.
2. Information We Collect We collect information you provide directly (name, email, age range, workout data) and information collected automatically (device type, OS version, app usage, crash logs). We do not collect Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or precise geolocation.
3. How We Use Your Information We use your data to provide and improve the Dadzilla app and programs, send account and challenge notifications, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Data Sharing We share data with service providers who help us operate (hosting, analytics, email) under strict data processing agreements. We may share data when required by law. We do not share your personal data with advertisers.
5. Data Retention We retain your account data while your account is active. Upon account deletion, data is removed within 30 days, except where required by law (e.g., financial records).
6. Your Rights Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Submit requests using the form above or email privacy@dadzillafit.co.
7. Children's Privacy Dadzilla is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we learn we have done so, we will delete that data promptly.
8. Changes to This Policy We will notify users of material changes via email and in-app notification. Continued use of Dadzilla after changes constitutes acceptance.

1. Acceptance of Terms By creating an account or using the Dadzilla app or website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Beta Services Dadzilla is currently in beta. Features, programs, and pricing may change without notice. Beta access is provided as-is. Founding members receive free lifetime access to programs available at the time of their beta registration.
3. Medical Disclaimer Important: Dadzilla programs and content are for general fitness purposes only and do not constitute medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program, particularly if you have existing health conditions, injuries, or concerns. You assume all risk associated with your participation.
4. User Conduct You agree not to: share your account credentials, post offensive or harmful content in community areas, attempt to reverse-engineer the app, or use the service for commercial purposes without written permission.
5. Intellectual Property All content, programs, branding, and materials in the Dadzilla app and website are owned by Zilla LLC. You may not reproduce or distribute them without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zilla LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Dadzilla, including injury resulting from following program instructions.
7. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
