Download the Dadzilla app from the App Store or Google Play. Tap Create Account, enter your name, email, and a password. You'll receive a verification email β click the link to activate your account.
You can also sign up on this website using the Join Beta form. Your beta signup and app account are linked by email.
Try these steps in order:
- Tap Forgot Password on the login screen and check your email for a reset link.
- Make sure you're using the same email address you signed up with.
- Check your spam folder if you don't receive the reset email within 5 minutes.
- If you signed up via Google or Apple, tap the corresponding button on the login screen β you may not have a separate password.
- Still stuck? Email support@dadzillafit.co with your account email.
- Open the Dadzilla app and tap Log In.
- Tap Forgot Password? beneath the password field.
- Enter your account email and tap Send Reset Link.
- Check your inbox (and spam) for an email from noreply@dadzillafit.co.
- Tap the link in the email, set a new password, and log in.
Reset links expire after 24 hours. If yours expired, request a new one.
- Open the app and tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Tap Edit Profile to update your name, photo, age, or goals.
- Tap Notifications to control challenge reminders, workout alerts, and community updates.
- Changes are saved automatically.
Android: Available now on Google Play. Search "Dadzilla" or scan the QR code in the app.
iOS (iPhone/iPad): Coming Q3 2026 to the App Store. Join the beta waitlist for early access when it launches.
- Make sure you're running Android 9.0 (Pie) or later.
- Go to Settings β Apps β Dadzilla β Storage β Clear Cache, then relaunch.
- Uninstall the app, restart your device, and reinstall from Google Play.
- Check you have at least 150 MB of free storage.
- If the issue persists, email us at support@dadzillafit.co with your device model and Android version.
- Make sure your device has an active internet connection.
- Pull down to refresh on the Progress screen.
- Log out and log back in β this triggers a full sync.
- Check that your app is up to date in the App Store / Google Play.
Workout data is saved locally first, so even without internet, your session is preserved and will sync automatically when you reconnect.

If you're returning to fitness after a break, start with Dad Strength 1.0 β it has built-in beginner scaling and 3-day-a-week structure that builds the habit without burning you out.

If mobility and recovery are your primary concern, start with Iron Dad Flex (15 minutes daily, no equipment).
Yes β Iron Dad Flex is specifically designed to stack with any strength or conditioning program. Running two full strength programs simultaneously is not recommended; your recovery won't keep up.
- Open the app and tap Today on the home screen.
- Tap Start Workout next to your scheduled session.
- For each exercise, tap + Set and enter your reps and weight (or bodyweight for BW movements).
- When you're done, tap Finish Workout to save your session.
You can also log workouts retroactively by tapping the calendar icon and selecting a past date.
- Tap the Challenges tab at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap the active challenge (e.g., "July Push-Up Challenge").
- Tap Log Reps and enter how many you completed today.
- Tap Leaderboard to see where you rank among other participants.
Challenge reps are cumulative β your daily entries are added to your total. The leaderboard updates every hour.
- Open the Dadzilla app and log in.
- Tap your profile icon (top-right corner).
- Tap Settings β Account β Delete Account.
- Read the confirmation screen β deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
- Tap Confirm Delete Account.
Your account, workout history, and personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email.
Note: Founding member status cannot be restored after account deletion.
Dadzilla collects and stores:
- Account data: Name, email address, age range, profile photo (optional)
- Fitness data: Workout logs, sets/reps, challenge progress, streak data
- App usage data: Features used, session duration, crash reports
- Device data: Device model, OS version, app version (for support purposes)
